Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized)

  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced; mixed colors)

  • 1 cup carrots (sliced thin)

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil


Instructions

  • Wash all vegetables thoroughly and prepare them by spiralizing the zucchini and slicing the peppers and carrots.
