Ingredients

1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken

1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

3 tablespoons taco seasoning

Shredded lettuce

8 taco shells

12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes® White Deli American cheese, cut in half diagonally

Shredded carrot

Pico de gallo
Instructions

In a bowl, combine chicken, corn, sour cream, bell pepper, black beans, cilantro, and taco seasoning. Mix well.

Divide chicken salad evenly into small containers. Store in the refrigerator.

In separate containers, place shredded lettuce, taco shells, and cheese slices. Add shredded carrots and pico de gallo into small containers.

Assemble tacos when ready to eat by filling taco shells with chicken salad and topping with lettuce, cheese, carrots, and pico de gallo.
