Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried pasta (≈ 5-5.5 oz, 140-160 g)

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (≈ 450 g)

  • 3-4 tablespoons mild honey

  • 6 tablespoons sour cream (⅓ cup, 80 ml)

  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

  • 1 tablespoon almond flakes (for garnish)

  • Extra strawberry slices (for garnish)


Instructions

  • Bring a small saucepan of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions. Drain the pasta and set aside.

  • Rinse and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half. Reserve a few strawberries for garnish.

  • In a bowl, mash the strawberries with honey, sour cream, and vanilla extract until you reach your desired texture.

  • Pour the strawberry sauce over the cooked pasta and mix gently.

  • Garnish with fresh strawberry slices, mint leaves, and almond flakes. Serve immediately or chill for a cold version.
