Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice

  • 1 serving/scoop magnesium powder

  • Soda or sparkling water, to top

  • Ice

  • Rosemary sprig for garnish


Instructions

  • Stir the tart cherry juice and magnesium powder in a tall glass.

  • Add ice and top with soda or sparkling water. Stir gently.

  • Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and serve immediately.
