Description

These colorful Salad Kabobs are a fresh and healthy way to enjoy your favorite veggies and fruits, no grilling required. Perfect for any occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg Lettuce

  • 1-2 carrots

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 tub cherry tomatoes

  • 1 green pepper (can use red, yellow, or orange)

  • Additional vegetables (zucchini, olives, etc.)

  • Optional fruits (grapes, pineapple, apples, etc.)

  • Your favorite salad dressing (for serving)


Instructions

  • Wash and prepare all vegetables and fruits. Slice lettuce into 2×2 inch wedges and veggies into bite-sized pieces.

  • Thread a wedge of lettuce onto the skewer, followed by alternating vegetables and fruits. Repeat until the skewer is full.

  • Once assembled, place the kabobs on a platter and serve with your choice of dressing.

Notes

 

  • Feel free to use any of your favorite vegetables or fruits for the kabobs.

  • You can refrigerate the kabobs before serving for an extra fresh and crisp texture.
