Description

A creamy, no-churn mango ice cream bar made with fresh mango puree, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • Mango-shaped silicone molds

  • Popsicle sticks


Instructions

  • Puree mango chunks with lime juice until smooth.

  • Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

  • Fold in sweetened condensed milk and mango puree gently.

  • Spoon or pipe into silicone molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 6–8 hours.

  • Run warm water over the mold briefly to remove bars.

Notes

  • Use very ripe mangoes for the best sweetness.

  • You can add extra mango chunks to the mixture for texture.
