Description
A creamy, no-churn mango ice cream bar made with fresh mango puree, sweetened condensed milk, and whipped cream.
Ingredients

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 cups cold heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon lime juice

Mango-shaped silicone molds

Popsicle sticks
Instructions

Puree mango chunks with lime juice until smooth.

Whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Fold in sweetened condensed milk and mango puree gently.

Spoon or pipe into silicone molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 6–8 hours.

Run warm water over the mold briefly to remove bars.

Use very ripe mangoes for the best sweetness.

You can add extra mango chunks to the mixture for texture.
