Description
A refreshing, naturally sweet peach sorbet made with just three simple ingredients. No ice cream maker required!
Ingredients

800g peeled and sliced ripe yellow peaches

200g caster sugar

1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions

Peel and slice the peaches into 8 wedges.

Place the peaches, caster sugar, and lemon juice in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Taste the mixture and adjust the lemon juice and sugar if needed.

Pour the mixture into a shallow container and freeze for 6-7 hours, or until firm.

Scoop into bowls or cones and serve.
