- 100ml Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (for rolling)
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the finely chopped mint and powdered sugar until fully combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to an hour, or until firm enough to be shaped into truffles.
- Shape the mixture into small balls using a spoon or your hands, then roll each ball in cocoa powder.
- Chill the truffles again until fully set. Serve and enjoy!

For a variation, you can roll the truffles in crushed mint candy or chopped nuts for extra texture.
