Ingredients

  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 100ml Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and heavy cream in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped mint and powdered sugar until fully combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to an hour, or until firm enough to be shaped into truffles.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls using a spoon or your hands, then roll each ball in cocoa powder.
  5. Chill the truffles again until fully set. Serve and enjoy!
