Description

These Mini Taco Pies are bite-sized, cheesy, and packed with all the delicious taco flavors you love. With a quick Bisquick™ crust, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese, they’re perfect for dinner, parties, or snacks!


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup diced white onion

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix

  • 4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Optional toppings:

  • Sour cream

  • Diced tomatoes

  • Cilantro

  • Diced onion

  • Salsa


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

  • Brown the ground beef, drain, and stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.

  • Mix Bisquick™ and water to form a dough-like consistency. Press dough into the muffin tin.

  • Add taco meat and black beans into each muffin cup.

  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, then add cheese and bake for another 1-2 minutes.

  • Remove from the oven and top with your favorite taco toppings. Serve and enjoy!
