These Mini Taco Pies are bite-sized, cheesy, and packed with all the delicious taco flavors you love. With a quick Bisquick™ crust, seasoned ground beef, and melted cheese, they’re perfect for dinner, parties, or snacks!
Ingredients

1/4 cup diced white onion

1 pound ground beef

1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ Original Taco Seasoning Mix

4 cups Original Bisquick™ mix

1/2 cup water
-
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings:

Sour cream

Diced tomatoes

Cilantro
-
Diced onion

Salsa
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

Brown the ground beef, drain, and stir in taco seasoning and water. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.

Mix Bisquick™ and water to form a dough-like consistency. Press dough into the muffin tin.

Add taco meat and black beans into each muffin cup.

Bake for 6-8 minutes, then add cheese and bake for another 1-2 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with your favorite taco toppings. Serve and enjoy!
