1 (9-inch) frozen pie crust

1/2 cup lemon juice

1 (14 oz) can full-fat sweetened condensed milk

2 large eggs (separated)

5 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C). Let the pie crust soften at room temperature, and prick the bottom with a fork.

Bake the crust for 15 minutes until golden.

Whisk together lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and egg yolks in a bowl, then pour into the crust.

Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 20 minutes.

Beat egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form, then top the pie with the meringue.

Return to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.

Let cool in the fridge for 2-3 hours before serving.
