Ingredients

6 chocolate muffins, readymade

200 ml chocolate milk

2 sachets whipped cream powder

½ cup cold milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

200 gm thick cream

200 gm cream cheese

1/3 tin condensed milk (optional for sweetness)

125 gm thick cream

125 gm chocolate (mix of white and dark)

50 gm chocolate (melted)

2 cups chocolate rice cereal

1 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions

Chop the chocolate muffins and line the bottom of a square pan. Pour chocolate milk over the muffins and let them soak.

Mix whipped cream powder, cold milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Beat until stiff. Add cream and cheese, mixing until just combined.

Spread the pudding mixture over the chocolate muffin base and refrigerate to set.

Heat the thick cream in a double boiler and melt the chocolate. Let the ganache cool, then spread it over the set pudding.

In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with rice cereal and cocoa powder. Let it cool in an airtight container.

Before serving, top the cake with the crunchy rice cereal topping and serve immediately.

Use readymade muffins or substitute with pound cake if desired.
