Ingredients

4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1/3 cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

1 tsp dried mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.

Pat chicken dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.

Optional: Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.
