Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)

  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)

  • 1 tsp dried mixed herbs (rosemary, thyme, parsley)

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Optional: carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, or broccoli, chopped


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.

  • Pat chicken dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs.

  • Mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl.

  • Optional: Sear chicken 2–3 minutes per side for extra flavor.

  • Place chicken in dish, pour sauce over, and add vegetables if desired.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).

  • Let rest 5 minutes, then serve with pan sauce and garnish.

Notes

  • Pound chicken to even thickness for consistent cooking.
