Egg Flight Appetizers are a viral, fun twist on deviled eggs with various delicious toppings.
Ingredients

Hard-boiled eggs

Salt and pepper

1 ½ teaspoons Kewpie mayo

1 teaspoon mustard

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons prepared chicken salad

Bread-and-butter pickles
-
¼ of a lettuce leaf

2 cherry tomatoes, sliced

1 slice of cooked bacon

1 small mozzarella wedge
-
1 large basil leaf

Slice of cooked smoked sausage

Prepared pancake batter

1 tablespoon shredded cheese

Pepper jelly

Balsamic glaze
Instructions

Gently place eggs in a pot and cover with cool water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 3-5 minutes and peel under cool running water.

Prepare toppings: cook sausage, bacon, and make mini pancakes.

Slice boiled eggs in half and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Top 3 eggs with mayo, 2 with mustard, and 1 with Dijon.

For the mayo eggs, add chicken salad and pickles. For the mustard eggs, add lettuce, bacon, and tomato. For the Dijon eggs, top with sausage, cheese, and mini pancakes.

Top the plain egg with mozzarella, tomato, basil, and balsamic glaze. Drizzle with pepper jelly.
