Ingredients

3 tbsp pistachio spread

3 tbsp kataifi pastry

2 tsp unsalted butter

1/2 cup semisweet chocolate (chips or bar, chopped)
Instructions

Place a pan over medium heat and melt butter. Add kataifi pastry, toasting it until golden brown. Let it cool.

Microwave semisweet chocolate for 30 seconds, stir, and heat for another 20–30 seconds until melted.

Spoon melted chocolate into silicone cups. Add toasted kataifi, pistachio spread, and cover with more chocolate.

Chill in the refrigerator until chocolate sets completely (at least 1 hour).
