Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp pistachio spread

  • 3 tbsp kataifi pastry

  • 2 tsp unsalted butter

  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate (chips or bar, chopped)


Instructions

  • Place a pan over medium heat and melt butter. Add kataifi pastry, toasting it until golden brown. Let it cool.

  • Microwave semisweet chocolate for 30 seconds, stir, and heat for another 20–30 seconds until melted.

  • Spoon melted chocolate into silicone cups. Add toasted kataifi, pistachio spread, and cover with more chocolate.

  • Chill in the refrigerator until chocolate sets completely (at least 1 hour).
