Description

A no-bake, healthier version of the classic candy bar made with Medjool dates, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and dark chocolate—perfect for a sweet snack or light dessert.


Ingredients

  • 9 squishy Medjool dates

  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons chopped peanuts

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips

  • Flaky sea salt (optional)


Instructions

  • Split and pit the dates, then arrange them cut-side up on a parchment-lined plate.

  • Fill each date with about ½ teaspoon of peanut butter.

  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts over the peanut butter.

  • Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.

  • Drizzle melted chocolate over each date.

  • Optional: Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while chocolate is still soft.

  • Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes until chocolate sets.
