Prepare the Cucumbers: Lay the cucumber slices in a single layer on paper towels. Place another layer of paper towels on top, pressing gently to absorb excess moisture. Let them sit while you prep the other ingredients.

Make the Dressing: In a medium bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice and zest, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.

Mix the Salad: In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, corn, rotisserie chicken, cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, red onion, and red bell pepper. Toss everything together to combine.

Add Dressing: Pour most of the dressing over the salad and gently fold to coat all the ingredients. Add the remaining dressing if you prefer more creaminess.
