Description
This butter board is a creative and fun grazing experience, topped with roasted garlic, fig chutney, prosciutto, and more.
Ingredients

250g (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened to room temperature

3 teaspoons flaky sea salt

1 whole head of garlic or 2 raw garlic cloves, crushed

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon fig chutney (or chutney of your choice)

2 slices prosciutto, finely chopped

1 tablespoon dukkah

1 tablespoon chili oil
-
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves

1 sprig of fresh rosemary, leaves removed from the stem
Instructions

Roast the garlic by slicing the head in half, drizzling with olive oil, and wrapping in aluminum foil. Roast for 40 minutes at 220°C (430°F) until soft. Let cool and squeeze out the cloves.

Spread softened butter on a board and create grooves. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.

Add roasted or raw crushed garlic, fig chutney, prosciutto, dukkah, and chili oil. Garnish with thyme and rosemary.

Serve with fresh bread, crackers, or crudités.
