Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds thin sliced chicken breasts

1 cup buttermilk

2 cups Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Set up your breading station with flour and cornstarch in one bowl, buttermilk, hot sauce, and egg in another, and Panko bread crumbs in the third.

Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, then in the buttermilk mixture, and finally coat with Panko bread crumbs.
