This baked yogurt recipe is light, creamy, and naturally sweetened—perfect as a healthy breakfast, snack, or dessert.
Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt

4 large eggs

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 tablespoons cornstarch

1 1/2 cups berries, divided
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

Add cornstarch and whisk again until fully combined.

Fold in 1 cup of berries gently, then pour the mixture into the baking dish.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of berries on top.

Bake for 45 minutes or until the center is fully set.

Let cool for 45 minutes, then cut into 9 slices and serve.
