A crunchy, tangy, and flavor-packed Asian coleslaw with ramen noodles, chow mein, and toasted almonds. Perfect for BBQs, potlucks, and easy weeknight meals.
Ingredients

1 (3-ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles

1/2 cup vegetable oil

3 tablespoons vinegar

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 (16-ounce) package coleslaw mix

1/2 cup finely diced onion

2 cups chow mein noodles

1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions

Remove seasoning packet from ramen noodles; set noodles aside.

In a bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, and seasoning packet until sugar dissolves.

In a large bowl, mix coleslaw mix and onion. Add dressing and toss to coat.

Right before serving, mix in chow mein noodles, almonds, and crushed ramen noodles. Serve immediately.
Notes
For best crunch, toast almonds ahead of time and only combine crunchy toppings right before serving.
