Description

These baked turkey croissants combine tender turkey, melted cheese, and buttery croissants for the ultimate savory bite.


Ingredients

  • 6 large croissants

  • 1 pound thinly sliced turkey

  • 6 slices Meunster cheese

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

  • Slice the croissants in half horizontally, placing the bottom halves in a 13×9-inch baking pan.

  • Evenly distribute the turkey on the bottom halves, and top each with a slice of Meunster cheese.

  • Place the top halves of the croissants to complete the sandwiches.

  • In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter and Dijon mustard together, then brush the mixture over the tops of the croissants.

  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the croissants.
