6 large croissants

1 pound thinly sliced turkey

6 slices Meunster cheese

2 tablespoons butter, melted

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Slice the croissants in half horizontally, placing the bottom halves in a 13×9-inch baking pan.

Evenly distribute the turkey on the bottom halves, and top each with a slice of Meunster cheese.

Place the top halves of the croissants to complete the sandwiches.

In a small bowl, whisk the melted butter and Dijon mustard together, then brush the mixture over the tops of the croissants.
